This festive birthday greeting features a customizable “banner”, so you can personalize the card as desired. The balloon embellishments offer a way for you to use up small leftover bits of cardstock from other projects, too! The finished size of the card is approximately 5" x 7" (13cm x 18cm).

- Weeding tool
- Scraper
- Fine Debossing Tool (for scoring)
Materials:
- Medium Cardstock (Beige)
- Light or Medium Cardstock (Blue)
- Light or Medium Cardstock (White)
- Scraps of Cardstock in four different colors (Yellow, purple, green, pink)
- Adhesive Vinyl (Black)
